Summer News
Spring and early summer have been very busy times for everyone at First Heritage Bank. As usual, our wonderful employees throughout the FHB network are committed and involved in all the fun events and community activities FHB participates in!
• Kla Ha Ya Days
Snohomish's annual Community festival once again became the highpoint of the summer and as the events title sponsor, First Heritage Bank was right there celebrating the traditions of this great event. From sponsoring the baby crawling contest, to selling carnival wrist bands and riding in the parade this year's Kla Ha Ya days were nothing short of a giant success. Many of FHB employees and volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure the event was everything everyone would hope it would be. First Heritage Bank was also a hole sponsor of the Kla Ha Ya golf tournament held at the Snohomish Golf course.
• Summer Golf
And speaking of golf..what would summer be without bankers playing golf with their customers? First Heritage Bank became involved as a sponsor of several important community golf events. In June, FHB sponsored a hole at the annual Valley General Foundation Golf Tournament, raising important charitable support for Valley General Hospital.
FHB also contributed and participated in two local Chamber of Commerce golf events for both the cities of Everett and Arlington where a great day of low scores and high spirits was enjoyed by everyone!
Other charitable community golf events the bank participated in include the Kirtley Cole Golf Tournament benefitting Housing Hope, First Tee Tournament and the Corstone Tournament.
• Customer and Shareholder Appreciation BBQ's
As a way to say thank you to FHB's valued customers and shareholders, the bank held several "Customer & Shareholder Appreciation BBQs" at branches throughout the FHB network. Good food and great conversation were the goal at these gatherings.
